Reopening Plan | Phase 1

We plan to observe this phase throughout the month of May. Our leadership team will meet at the beginning of June to consider entering phase 2.

If you have underlying health conditions, if you are sick, or if you simply are nervous about
attending, we encourage you to watch the services online.

1. You Must Sign-up to Attend
There is a sign-up sheet you can access on our church website in order to attend a Sunday
service. You can sign-up to come at 11:00AM or 6:00PM. YOU CAN ONLY REGISTER FOR
ONE SERVICE. Click Here to Sign up

2. Pre-Entry

  • Our greeters will have the doors open for everyone that enters the building

  • Temperatures will be taken at every entry point.

  • Secondary temperatures will be taken for those who may potentially have a fever.

  • Doors will be open 30 minutes prior to each service.

3. In the Building

  • We are going to meet in our sanctuary at 25% of the building’s fire code capacity.

  • No groups of people will be allowed to gather in the hallway.

  • Water fountains will not be available.

  • The Teen Sunday School Room will be open for mothers who need to give attention to their children. Social distancing will be observed in this area. (We will NOT be using the nursery room.) If this space fills up, we would ask moms to relocate to their vehicle(services will be available on 90.5 & Facebook Live).

  • Cleaning crews will thoroughly clean and sanitize the building between services.

  • Sanitation stations will be located throughout the building.

  • We will be seating on every other pew so you may not get to sit in your usual seat.

  • There will be a team of ushers that will help manage social distancing in the auditorium.

  • Household families are to sit together during the services.

  • Offering boxes will be available in the hallways for giving.

4. Exiting the Building

  • Everyone will be dismissed from the auditorium by the sections where they are seated.
This will help us to maintain social distancing.
We know this may be a frustrating process, but please be patient with us, as we are trying to handle this reopening in a way that is safe and pleasing to the Lord.

We love you so much and can’t wait to see you on Sunday!
